immm soo lack in blogging nowadays..
sorry peeps.. was busy like a bee.. everyday go school at 06 30..
which means i had to wake up at 5 30..
to add on.. since thursday i had TESTS..
on thurs i had knife skills test.. had to cut like..
1onion minced
1onion sliced (width 0.3cm)
1carrot brunoir (lhw 0.3x 0.3x 0.3)
1potato battonet (0.6x 0.6 x 5-6cm)
1 tomato concasse ( brief heating it then shock in coldwater then take off the skin then dice)
4stalks of parsley chopped (finely)

had to do all that within 40min.. chopped till my hands going to break le lar..
in the end still left half of an onion not minced..
but i was quite happy with my cuts tt day (:

she sae dunno where to cut points from my cuts lar..
so i was damn happy..
she cut points from me juz tt my table was abit messy tts all..

that day ar.. i was like heading to com lab..
then ahgun suddenly stop me sae gt news for me..
it was a damn sad news.. =(
he said he jokingly asked niu izzit true tt apple n u....
then niu sae.. no lar.. i dun like apple at all...
*heartbroken*
in the first place i nv wanted to let him knows abt it..
i din do anythin can..
yet he still knew abt it..
n its still the same outcomes as everyone else..
my heart like died on tt night lo..
stayed in sch.. do game plan..
did not even feel like seeing him when dean told me..
he meeting HIM to eat dinner maybe..

o ya gt cut by my knife when taking out my knife to skin salmon..
deep cut lo.. pain till i wann cry.. i let my finger on the running water yet blood still kip flowing out lar..
then at night when heading home with dean.. I CUT myself on my book binder while looking for my hp in my bag.. DAMN SAD..
a lot of blood came out again.. damn it..
realli feel like crying lo..

ytd finally so done with my written papers n my practical test..
IT WAS SUCH A MESS~
lol. shhh.. in the end i shared cooking my food with april.. LOL.
so funny..
but my grading was better than hers i guess..
cuz she kanna the assholic wilson.. =.=
aniwae.. i prayed whole night dun ever get jasmine..
in the end.. I GOT HER.. shitty lo..
she failed my soup seh~ cuz she saes its more like mashed potatoes than puree of potato.. =(

nvm~ im juz so done with everything~
monday.. everything shall start..
restaurant shall open..

operation wud start..
